Description of Subjects/Issues The Colorado State Board of Pharmacy will hold a Permanent Rulemaking Hearing on October 5, 2023, at 9:00 A.M. to receive testimony before the Board determines whether to repeal Rules 32.00.00 and 33.00.00 on a permanent basis to implement Colorado Senate Bills 23-188 and 23-265. Purpose/Objective of Rule The purpose of the Permanent Rulemaking Hearing was to receive testimony before the Board determined whether to repeal Rules 32.00.00 - PROTECTIONS FOR PROVISION OF REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CARE IN COLORADO and 33.00.00 - PROTECTING COLORADO’S WORKFORCE AND EXPANDING LICENSING OPPORTUNITIES on a permanent basis to implement Colorado Senate Bill 23-188 (Concerning Protections for Accessing Reproductive Health Care) and Colorado Senate Bill 23-265 (Concerning a Prohibition on a Regulator Imposing Discipline Against a Person Based on Certain Activities Involving Marijuana).
