Description of Subjects/Issues |
The statutory basis for these rules is 22-82.9-201, et. seq., C.R.S., which requires the State Board of Education to promulgate rules for implementation of the Healthy School Meals for All Program. The
purpose of these rules is to assist public School Food Authorities that participate in the National School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program in complying with federal and state law. |
