| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the Executive Director repealing Rule 4.105(A) on an emergency basis was to mitigate inconsistent implications of the tuition credit on the various types of Universal Preschool providers, to provide an equitable delivery of the Colorado Universal Preschool Program. |
