| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Board to consider revisions to current Rule 100 regarding licensing examinations and to consider reorganizing the Board's current rules into a single CCR number (3 CCR 713-1) instead of each Board Rule being housed in a separate CCR number in order to make the Rules easier to navigate. The Board will consider adopting the proposed revisions to Rule 100 on an emergency basis. |
