| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Director of the Division of Professions and Occupations will hold a virtual Permanent Rulemaking Hearing to allow stakeholders an opportunity to testify regarding proposed rule changes. The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Director to consider whether to adopt proposed revisions to Rules 1.1 - Abbreviations (to correct a typographical error); 1.2 Licensure by Examination (regarding the accepted apprenticeship programs to meet the training requirements); 1.4 - Licensure by Endorsement (specifically military spouses); and 1.9 - Additional Practices and Training Requirements (regarding semi-permanent or permanent make up). |
