To align rules with contemporary business practices for federal encumbrance thresholds, update the thresholds established by the Internal Revenue Service Publication 463 for travel, gift, and car expenses in the state’s new post-COVID environment, and comply with the requirements of HB23-1087. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To modify Rule 1 CCR 101-1 and 1 CCR 101-9. The
State Controller and Executive Director exercised rulemaking authority as granted under
one or more of the following: §24-30-202, C.R.S., §24-17-102 (1), C.R.S., §24-17-103,
C.R.S., §24-30-202.4, C.R.S., and/or HB23-1087. |
