Add rules permitting a breed organization to require hair testing as a condition of entry. Amend the method in which the annual Owners and Breeders Awards and Supplemental Purse Fund disbursements are made to breed organizations. Amend rules related to the reporting and purging of outstanding pari-mutuel tickets from the totalisator system to streamline processes and to align and simplify language. |
