| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider establishing a new Regulation Number 28 to address greenhouse gas emissions attributable to buildings to include building performance standards for covered buildings, performance standards waivers and extensions, and data benchmarking and reporting requirements, and in response to House Bill 19-1261 and House Bill 21-1286. |
