| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) adopting the Early Intervention Colorado Program rules was to transfer the rules from the Colorado Department of Human Services to CDEC, update statutory and rule references, and make changes to the eligibility requirements. |
