| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the State Board of Unlicensed Psychotherapists adopting new Rules 1.18 and and 1.19, was to implement the directives of Executive Orders D-2022-032 (Directing State Agencies to Protect Access to Reproductive HealthCare in Colorado) and D-2022-034 (Protecting Colorado’s Workforce and Expanding Licensing Opportunities). |
