Description of Subjects/Issues The Educational Stability Grant Program, which was created in House Bill 18-1306, provides funding for services and supports for highly mobile students to remove educational barriers. The department recommends amendments to the rules to align the rule language for the grant program with the new statutory language from Senate Bill 22-140, Concerning Expansion of Experiential Learning Opportunities. The bill updated the requirements for applications to the Education Stability Grant Program, including the requirement for applicants to describe engagement in academic supports, such as work-based learning.
