| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the Director adopting revisions to Rule 1.10 and new Rule 1.13, was to implement Colorado House Bill 22-1263 (Concerning the Continuation of Licensing Requirements for Acupuncturists); and adopting new Rules 1.14 and and 1.15, was to implement Executive Orders D-2022-032 (Directing State Agencies to Protect Access to Reproductive HealthCare in Colorado) and D-2022-034 (Protecting Colorado’s Workforce and Expanding Licensing Opportunities). |
