The purpose of the Director adopting new Rules 1.14 and and 1.15, was to implement Executive Orders D-2022-032 (Directing State Agencies to Protect Access to Reproductive HealthCare in Colorado) and D-2022-034 (Protecting Colorado’s Workforce and Expanding Licensing Opportunities). |
