On May 11, 2022 the General Assembly passed HB 22-1412, resulting in the need to make amendments to Department of Revenue Rule 1 CCR 210-1 Gambling Payment Intercept, Regulation 2 Definitions. These changes include updating the definition of "Cash prize payment" to include cash awards that result from sports betting, and add the definition of "Licensee" to the Regulation. |
