STATE PERSONNEL BOARD RULEMAKING ONLY.
The general purpose of this rulemaking is to clarify the requirements for a valid waiver of
rights under the state personnel system, correct various scrivener errors, and align certain
rule language to the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act. |
