| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Since the board adopted emergency rules requiring COVID-19 vaccination in all licensed healthcare facilities and agencies in August, the Department has worked with stakeholders on revisions to the emergency regulation that are better suited to the current healthcare facility landscape. There continues to be discussions as to how what the permanent rule language should look like. The current language is identical to what was adopted in December 2021 so as to maintain the status quo until final language can be reached. |
