The Department is proposing to update 6 CCR 1015-3, Chapter 3 rules to require ambulance agencies submit data according to NEMSIS date Version 3.5.0 from Version 3.4.0 by January 1, 2023. Other proposed changes require reporting of patient care data within 48 hours, from 60 days, and clarifying language on how data submission by licensed ambulance agencies will be monitored and enforced, and update the rules regarding data confidentiality. |
