| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider revisions to incorporate by reference additions and changes to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (“EPA”) New Source Performance Standards (“NSPS”), Emission Guidelines, and performance specifications in 40 C.F.R. Part 60. Specifically, the Division proposes to update the citation dates of the NSPS, Emissions Guidelines and Compliance Times, and performance specifications in Regulation Number 6, Part A. The proposed revisions may also correct any typographical, grammatical, and formatting errors found throughout the regulation. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
