| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
These emergency rules have been updated as of 3/1/2022. The Department adopted amended and new rules to the Colorado Department of State Elections Rules. The rules are intended to ensure uniform and proper administration, implementation, and enforcement of Colorado laws regarding voting systems. These rules are effective immediately. Please see attached Statement of Basis and Purpose document (which includes the notice of temporary adoption and a statement of basis and purpose). |
