Updating regulations on Creede State Wildlife Area (SWA). Adding a seasonal closure on Fish Creek SWA from December 1 through June 30 annually. Clarifying how access permits for Higel SWA may be obtained. Clarifying regulations on John Martin Reservoir SWA and Queens SWA. Updating regulations on San Luis Lakes SWA. Changing property-specific regulations for Big Springs, Karval and Punkin Center State Trust Lands (STLs) to prevent overcrowding and provide consistent regulations. Changing the opening date of several STL properties in Moffat County to August 15. |
