| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
This rule has been updated in accordance with section 44-3-501(3)(d), C.R.S., which states that, at least annually, the Division shall review fees and adjust as necessary to reflect the costs of the Liquor Enforcement Division and the State Licensing Authority. |
