| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Since the board adopted emergency rules requiring COVID-19 vaccination in all licensed healthcare facilities and agencies in August, the Department has worked with stakeholders on revisions to the emergency regulation that are better suited to the current healthcare facility landscape. These amendments incorporate the changes in the regulations resulting from the extensive stakeholder process. |
