The Commission conducted an informational hearing on May 10, 2021, for triennial review of the Cherry Creek Reservoir Control Regulation, Regulation #72 (5 CCR 1002-72). At this hearing, the Commission agreed to schedule a limited scope rulemaking hearing in April 2022 to consider revisions to Section 72.7 concerning Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) permit requirements. |
