| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Department is adopting these rules on an emergency basis to comply with
statutory changes enacted during the 2021 legislative session and due to the ongoing threat to public health in the state of Colorado caused by the spread of novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19). |
