Description of Subjects/Issues |
House Bill 21-1251, passed in July 2021, requires the revision of portions of 6 CCR 1015-3, Chapter Two, Rules Pertaining to EMS Practice and Medical Director Oversight. The changes increase the number of voting members on the Emergency Medical Practice Advisory Council from eight to ten and limit the use of the drug ketamine for certain purposes. |
