| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed revisions address changes to reporting related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, remove conditions from the list of reportable conditions or modify the reporting time period on that list, add clarity to the rule, add types of contact information needed for the list of information that must be reported for each case of a reportable disease, and amend regulations 4, 5, and 8. Smaller technical changes are also included in the revisions. |
