| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Secretary adopted amendments to the Colorado Secretary of State Elections Rules. The rules are intended to ensure uniform and proper administration, implementation, and enforcement of Colorado laws regarding voting systems. These rules are effective immediately. Please see attached Statement of Basis and Purpose document (which includes the notice of temporary adoption and a statement of basis and purpose). |
