| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider revisions to update incorporations by reference of specific provisions of California's Code of Regulations. Requested changes also place the aftermarket catalytic converters requirements contained in existing Part B VII. into a new section entitled Part C Aftermarket Exhaust Treatment Devices, and renumber all subsequent sections. Requested changes will also make a minor correction to a definition contained in Part A II.E. Further, these revisions will include any typographical, grammatical and formatting errors throughout each of the regulations. |
