| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Amendments to Regulations 30-211 Filing or Notice, and 30-4.500 Incorporation by Reference, in order to correct the Division's address as the Division has moved to a new location. Amendments to Rule 22 Rules for Roulette to allow for the use of a roulette wheel with a "000" compartment. Amendments to Regulation 30-2502 Definitions for Keno, to delete an inadvertent double entry for the definition of "Keno Writer Request" and to re-number subsequent definitions. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Amendments to Regulations 30-211 Filing or Notice, and Regulation 30-4.500 Incorporation by Reference, in order to update the Division’s address which is found in both Regulations. Rule 22 Rules for Roulette is being updated in order to allow Colorado Casinos to use a roulette wheel with a “000” compartment, and Rule 25 Rules for Keno is being updated to delete an inadvertent double entry of the definition of “keno writer request”. |
