The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Board to consider adopting revisions throughout the State Physical Therapy Board’s rules pursuant to the rule review mandated by section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S. The purpose of the rule review was to assess the continuing need, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness of the rules to determine if they should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed. |
