Pursuant to sections 24-32-3301(2)(b), 24-32-3301(2)(c), 24-32-3303(1)(d), 24-32-3305(1)(b), 24-32-3305(1)(c), 24-32-3305(4), C.R.S., and Executive Order D 2021 098. |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
On May 7, 2021, Governor Jared Polis issued Executive Order D 2021 098. It extends Executive Order D 2021 083 by another 30 days, which previously extended Executive Order D 2021 063 by 30 days from April 8th, which previously extended Executive Order D 2021 041 by 30 days from March 12th, which previously extended Executive Order D 2021 014 by 30 days from February 9th, which previously extended Executive Order D 2020 280 by 30 days from January 11th, which previously extended Executive Order D 2020 251 by 30 days from December 13, 2020, which previously extended Executive Order D 2020 224 by 30 days from November 15, 2020, which previously extended Executive Order D 2020 195 by 30 days from October 16, 2020, which previously extended Executive Order D 2020 167 by 30 days from September 17, 2020, which previously extended Executive Order 2020 141 by 30 days from August 19, 2020, which previously extended Executive Order D 2020 111 by 30 days from July 19, 2020, which previously extended Executive Order D 2020 075 by 30 days from June 20, 2020, which previously extended Executive D 2020 042 by 30 days from May 22, 2020, which previously extended Executive Order D 2020 015 by 30 days from April 23, 2020, with the original order going into effect on March 25, 2020; authorizing the promulgation and issuance of emergency rules to extend the expiration date of the following registrations:
- Sellers and
- Installers.
As a result, we are requesting the State Housing Board to adopt a temporary extension through September 30, 2021, allowing registered sellers and installers impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic to file a renewal application and submit the required renewal payment and continuing education for those with registrations expiring March 25, 2020 through June 5, 2021. These emergency rules were also approved by the Executive Director of DOLA in compliance with Governor’s directive in section E of his original order. |
