The version of Rule 4 adopted in 2021-00043 inadvertently included strike through text in Rule 4-1(D)(4) which should have been deleted. This change was noticed and adopted by the Division. The strike through text was left in the adopted rule due to a typographical error. The attached correction document reflects Rule 4-1(D)(4) as it should read. |
