| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed changes to Part 8, Part 5, and Part 2 will conform the regulations to the 2016Part H model regulation of the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors, Inc. and the minor 2020 federal rule changes of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in 10 CFR Part 34. The revisions also include minor technical changes for improved consistency. |
