| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider revisions to Regulation Number 7, to include provisions that require the implementation of RACT for process heaters at major sources of NOx in the DMNFR and revise the metal surface coating provisions to correspond to recommendations in EPA's more recent metal coating Control Techniques Guideline (CTG). Further, these revisions will include any typographical, grammatical and formatting errors throughout the regulation. |

To adopt revisions to Regulation Number 7 Reasonably Available Control Technology requirements for incorporation into the 2008 Ozone State Implementation Plan to address EPA comments and make necessary SIP revisions. |
