The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Director to consider adopting revisions throughout the Colorado Office of Funeral Home and Crematory Registrations' rules pursuant to the rule review required by section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S. The purpose of the rule review was to assess the continuing need, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness of the rules to determine if they should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed. |
