| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Board to consider adopting revisions throughout the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators’ rules pursuant to the mandatory rule review required by section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S. The purpose of the rule review was to assess the continuing need, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness of the rules to determine if they should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed. |
