| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed changes will remove the table used to determine eligibility for this program and instead the rule will defer to data developed by the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Administration. This will allow more applicants to be eligible for assistance that directly reduces health risk in low-income households by using the most current federal income data. Other proposed changes correct technical issues and issues with Colorado Administrative Procedures Act compliance. |
