The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Board to consider adopting the proposed revisions to Rule 1.6 and Appendix A to correct the language that conflict with portions of the statute in Colorado Senate Bill 20-102. The corrections to Rule 1.16 and Appendix A are required by the Office of Legislative Legal Services. |
