| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Board to consider adopting the proposed revisions to Rule 1.29 to correct language that conflicts with portions of the statute in Colorado Senate Bill 20-102, and adopt Rule 1.30 to implement Colorado Senate Bill 19-079. The corrections to Rule 1.29 is required by the Office of Legislative Legal Services. |
