| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of the proposed revisions to Rule 1.6 are to implement Colorado House Bill 19-1129 (Prohibiting mental health care providers from engaging in conversion therapy with a patient under eighteen years of age); and the revisions to Rules 1.12 and 1.23 make corrections to the rules that conflict with portions of the statutes in Colorado House Bill 20-1326 and Colorado Senate Bill 20-102. The corrections to Rules 1.12 and 1.23 are required by the Office of Legislative Legal Services. |
