| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of the proposed changes to Rule 1.6 is to implement Colorado House Bill 19-1129, and the proposed changes to Rules 1.12 and 1.23 that were recently adopted to implement Colorado House Bill 20-1326 and Senate Bill 20-102, are to make necessary corrections as required by the Office of Legislative Legal Services. |

The purpose of the adopted revisions to the State Board of Social Work Examiners’ Rule 1.6 were to implement Colorado House Bill 19-1129; the adopted revisions to Rules 1.12, 1.23, and Appendix A were to correct language in the rules that conflicted with portions of the statutes in Colorado House Bill 20-1326 and Colorado Senate Bill 20-102 (sections 12-20-202(3) and 12-30-115(4), C.R.S.). |
