| Description of Subjects/Issues |
These Rule amendments and additions are to: implement and modify rules in order to conform to national standards for crop use; modify rules pertaining to the use of Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs and the concurrent use (stacking) thereof, and; modify an existing rule to permit the various associations to require equine participants in certain races to submit to hair testing for prohibited substances as a condition of eligibility. |

The Colorado Racing Commission Rules are modified to more closely align to the Association of Racing Commissioners International (ARCI) Model Rules of Racing, as well as in response and collaboration with racing industry stakeholders both locally and nationally.
