| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose for this rulemaking is to modify rule 4 CCR 801-1, Chapter 5 - Time Off – Paid Family Medical Leave. The State Personnel Director is promulgating these rules pursuant to the passage of Proposition 118, a ballot initiative establishing a paid family and medical leave program. |
