| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed changes reorganize and renumber the chapter and updated the rule to reflect industry standards of care and support the Division’s specific health and safety expectations. Other small changes reflect updated federal laws, mitigation of unintended financial consequences, and specific feedback from stakeholders during the phase-in implementation of the 2018 rules. Issues identified related to the COVID-19 pandemic response have also been addressed. |
