Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Board to consider adopting a new rule to implementation of Colorado Senate Bill 20-102 (Concerning the Requirement of Providers to provide Disclosure of Sexual Misconduct to Patients prior to Treatment), and revisions to Rule 17.00.00, as required by the Office of Legislative Legal Services (OLLS). |
