| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of these emergency revisions to the State Board of Addiction Counselor Examiners' rules are to implement Colorado House Bill 20-1206 (Sunset Review that Continues Regulation of Mental Health Professionals, and makes changes to the Mental Health Practice Act) and comply with the immediate effective date of the bill. |
