| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this Emergency Rulemaking was for the Board to adopt revisions to the State Board of Licensed Professional Counselor Examiners' rules to implement Colorado House Bill 20-1206 (Sunset Review that Continues Regulation of Mental Health Professionals, and makes changes to the Mental Health Practice Act) to comply with the immediate effective date of the bill. |
