| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To ensure the preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare of the State of Colorado by limiting the risks of exposure to, and mitigate harm related to, COVID-19 by requiring all licensees, their agents, and their employees to comply with any executive order issued by the Governor of Colorado, any applicable public health orders issued by CDPHE or local health departments, and, where applicable, the requirements of an approved variance to any statewide orders. |
