| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed changes are a result of a review of this regulation. Based on this review, amendments are recommended to update and align the state milk and dairy regulation with recently revised federal regulations through incorporation by reference. Adopted of these changes will ensure that Colorado’s Grade “A” and manufactured milk and dairy sanitation programs are in conformance with the latest national standards, thereby, permitting Colorado milk and dairy products to move freely in interstate commerce. |
