The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Board to consider adopting revisions to the rules to implement Colorado House Bill 20-1216 (Sunset Review which Continues Regulation of Nurses and makes changes to the Nurse Practice Act), Colorado House Bill 20-1183 (Sunset Review which Continues Certification of Nurse Aides), Colorado House Bill 20-1326 (Concerns Endorsements and Creates an Occupational Credential Portability Program), Colorado Senate Bill 20-102 (Concerns Patient Disclosure Regarding Sexual Misconduct). |
